We are currently seeking to fill the following positions:
Business Manager – Full Time
Dayget is currently seeking an experienced Manager to join and lead our friendly team. This multi-faceted and challenging role demands a customer service professional with proven leadership skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- A passion for customer service and exceptional guest interaction skills
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of 10-12 staff
- Ability to build rapport and manage the requirements of multiple stakeholders including property owners, guests and contractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude and passion for providing a solid ROI for our property owners
- Availability to work a rotating roster including at least one weekend per month and occasional public holidays.
We are seeking someone that will become the face of the business, providing a personable and professional experience for our guests, owners and contractors. Previous experience in holiday rental or real estate property management would be advantageous. We operate a fully online reservations system so excellent computer skills are a must. Current Driver License is also essential.
