The experienced bar manager, and his team, have released a cleverly devised cocktail menu and introduced Classic Cocktail Hour at 5pm-6.30pm every Friday and Saturday. The cocktail menu is a simple yet fine tribute to cocktail history; starting with The Sours from the 1800s and striding purposefully on to modern classics.
